Privacy Policy
How Barizu handles community and account data.
This policy describes the types of information Barizu uses to operate Lifecircles, profiles, messaging, billing, safety, and account controls.
This policy text is based on Barizu product notes and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
Data Barizu collects
Barizu may collect account data such as name, email, date of birth, gender, password hash, handle, phone number, location, locale, country, MFA preference, profile image, banner, verification status, and admin status.
Profile and community data
Profiles may include visibility settings, bio, social links, skills, experience, and shared Lifecircles. Community data may include membership, roles, join requests, channel participation, reports, billing status, and admin actions.
How data is used
Barizu uses data to provide accounts, authenticate users, operate Lifecircles, display profiles, support discovery, deliver notifications, process payments, respond to reports, enforce safety rules, and improve reliability.
Sharing
Barizu may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, email, notifications, payments, storage, analytics, safety, and legal compliance. Barizu does not need full card numbers because payment processing is handled by a billing provider.
User choices
Members can manage profile visibility, block users, report unsafe activity, and request account deletion. Private Lifecircles are not open by default, and admins have tools to manage membership and channels.
Retention and security
Barizu keeps information as needed to operate the service, protect communities, support billing records, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and maintain audits. No service can promise perfect security, but Barizu should use reasonable safeguards for account and community data.
