Terms for using Barizu Lifecircles.

This policy text is based on Barizu product notes and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.

Accounts

Users are responsible for accurate registration information, account activity, credential security, and lawful use. Handles must not impersonate others or violate rights, and Barizu may reclaim handles that are misleading, policy-violating, or needed for platform operations.

Lifecircles

Lifecircles may be public or private. Community admins may manage Lifecircle information, invite or remove members, manage join requests, create channels, post community updates where permitted, and manage billing where permitted.

User content

User content includes profile information, images, posts, updates, comments, poll or event responses, messages, uploaded media, reports, and support submissions. Users retain ownership of their content while allowing Barizu to host, store, display, process, transmit, and moderate content as needed to operate the service.

Payments and subscriptions

Small Lifecircles can operate free up to the configured free member limit. Lifecircles above that limit require an active paid subscription. If payment fails or a subscription expires, the Lifecircle is not automatically deleted, but joins, invites, channel creation, and community posting may be limited until billing is restored.

Prohibited conduct

Barizu prohibits harassment, threats, hate speech, exploitation, spam, scams, impersonation, unauthorized scraping, malware, service disruption attempts, rights violations, sharing private information without permission, illegal activity, and attempts to evade restrictions.

Reporting and moderation

Users can report users, posts, communities, and channels. Barizu may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend users or communities, disable accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests where required.

Account deletion

Users can request account deletion. Account data may be deactivated, anonymized, cleared, or retained where required for security, legal, billing, fraud prevention, or audit purposes.
